BBBEE Certificate Application Process

Step 1: Click here to download the application form.

Step 2: Submit the following documents to us:
1. Completed application form.
2. Company Certificate (documents) Or CK Document for a Close Corporation.
3. ID Copies of all the Directors Certified.
4. Tax Clearance certificate (If the company is 1 or more years old).
NB: The Affidavit of the BBBEE-Form must be completed OR an Accounting letter a qualified Accounting officer declaring the revenue will be required.

Step 3: Make payment and send proof.
After we have received the documents you will receive an invoice for you to make payment and send the proof of payment to us.

Step 4: After payment you will then receive your BBBEE Certificate from us.
